    Haven't heard of that one, I'll have to check it out. Is it on Netflix?
    Have you seen the Canadian documentary "My Big Fat Diet"? It's about a Native village that went back to its traditional diet (involving a low-carb, high-fat diet of mostly veggies, fish & meat) and they not only lost a lot of weight, but cured their high diabetes rate. Very interesting.

    Fat Head has a great explanation of how the body becomes insulin resistant. This should be required viewing for everyone with blood glucose issues.

    So i watched "Fat Head" last night after reading some posts about it. I'm totally inspired and I am going to try low carb!

    Just found it on Netflix. Awesome! This is what my doctor told me! I'm going to recommend this to anyone who questions why I'm on this "weird fad diet."

    I just watched the movie as well and there was so much information! He said that 300 carbs a day was a lot and mine is set at 267 (I ate over my carbs today). What should we be setting carbs at? 100?
