Hi
I always seem to be bloated, I would appreciate any help or advice. I have filled in most of my food diary for the past few weeks please feel free to look at it.

Since you have dairy products in almost all meals, you may be intolerant to lactosis. Just guessing0

Looks like you had fairly high sodium intake on your last entry, that could be part of it. I also noticed some lunch meat you entered had "0" mg of sodium which I know is incorrect as lunch meat is packed with it. Could be part of it.0

edited original post: Is it your time of month or is it approaching? Do you bloat around ovulation and before starting?
How well do you hydrate during the day (water, tea, coffee, diet soda)..?
I see some things on your diary that would affect me like this, but hard to tell if it is effecting you or not.. as a separate note, you should consider the food scale for weighing ALL solids. The cups etc. can equal to be much more calories than you are logging. And I saw some strange entries as well.. Need to double check these and make sure they are accurate.
Diary? Not sure if this an issue or not.. Should you just give this some time as your body adjusts? Not sure... Should you streamline your macros that best suits you and how you feel each day? Perhaps. Going low carb/higher protein on one day and switching that the next day, may not suit you.. I dunno for sure.
I got nothing except work with your macros. If you have digestive issues, or anything like that, perhaps you want to try and eliminate foods you think might be causing this.
I cannot stress enough being female how important it is to stay hydrated through the day (not drowning your self..lol) but keeping hydration levels good through the day.0 -

I have considered the lactose intolerance, I am at the doctors going through some tests for my tummy so it may be a allergy. But most medical conditions have been rules out so now thinking it's my diet.
I'm not sure how sodium works. If I reduce my daily intact what should I set it to??
I drink a good sound of water daily, I'm not 100%on macros I'm going to do some research on this. Most of the time I do use weight scales, but sometimes to log I need to change it.

I haven't checked out your diary yet but here are some things that make me bloated and/or are usually associated with inflammation or digestive issues in most people... might want to consider cutting all of these out for a month and then add back in one by one slowly and see if you can tolerate them:
Dairy (except for butter of ghee)
Gluten
Corn/corn derivatives
Wine
Beer
Artificial sweeteners (except for stevia)
Artificial flavors
Food coloring
Thickening agents & Preservatives
Msg
High sodium foods
Very high fat foods (like sausage)
Refined sugar
Highly processed foods
Coffee
Soy products
You're probably not sensitive to all of these but think about if you consume any of these regularly and how they make you feel?0 -

Try to stay under the daily recommended 2400mg of sodium each day. It is hard because processed foods have TONS of it. You can blow your daily allowance on a can of soup and processed meat in a sandwich. So, try to find low sodium foods when buying processed items. Try to make as many things from scratch as you can to avoid added sodium.

Ok I peeked at your diary and I see a lot of bread, pasta, tortillas- so you may want to cut that out for a bit and see how it goes. Even if you aren't celiac breads & things like that can cause bloat.0

Bloat from lactose intolerance is usually accompanied by rumbling and progresses to further unpleasantness. The bloating can become painful too.
Bloating from any food intolerance usually is accompanied by other symptoms besides the bloating, like pain and gas and diarrhea.
If all you have is bloating, I'd say sodium is the culprit. Check to make sure you're drinking enough water and try to limit your consumption of high sodium foods.1 -
These are things that cause bloating for me: chewing gum, drinking carbonated beverages, breads/floury things (particularly if I exercise they give me gastric distress). If I stay away from these things I don't usually have much bloating.0

The daily caramel macchiato latte could also be to blame- coffee in itself can be an irritant, and if you have a dairy sensitivity the milk in it would be a problem, also the artificial flavor could be a problem, and also it looks like it's artificially sweetened too so that's another thing right there that could be an issue.
Maybe try plain tea for a bit and see if that helps?
I had to give up Starbucks altogether because whatever is in their coffee or what they add to it was giving me chronic stomach pain. I pretty much just drink water now, and occasionally mint or chai tea.0 -

For me it's just bloat, and only sometimes gas and pain, not usually diarrhea - but I just have sensitivities to a few things, not full on intolerances.0 -
Sodium makes me bloated all over, whereas wine, bread, etc make me bloat mostly in the stomach.
