Eliminating Sugar and Flour--8 days later

I listened to Susan Pierce Thompson's Bright Line Videos 1 and 2 and took her susceptibility test--no suprise--I was a 10+--namely, a compulsive addictive eater; she suggested several bases for changing my food plan and that of others--eliminate all sugar and flour (they are addictive), plan meals, cut out snacking, and record your foods. 8 days later--8.5 lb. weight loss--started at 249--dramatically lower blood sugars (I am a phase II) diabetic. I have another 50-60 lbs. to lose, but I hope to stay with her "bright line approach" to eating. It seems drastic but it makes better eating almost automatic and begins to eliminate food cravings. Onward. P.S. Look her up on Google.

    Your results are awesome. I am trying to limit sugar and I am realizing just how much added sugar there is in everything. This is going to be difficult.
