    I would love to join. I have 38 lb to lose. My life style is pretty sedentary . I am trying to get 10,000 steps per day. Keep me motivated.

    I'm in! I am 50 and my goal is to run my first 5k by May so losing 30 by January sure will help!!! lets get moving!!!
    first check in 194lbs, 5.7 foot tall bmi is 32.7. only just started running this week Monday but going for 4 days a week 2 miles a day. also thinking about doing some weights on my arm flab lol

    Sounds awesome! Count me in! I just turned 37 and I'm retiring from the military next year (after 20 years) It's time for me to knock these extra lbs off and run my 1st Spartan Race in May!

    Count me in. I work in a warehouse and move a lot. This is one of the reasons why I have been able to lose 22lbs in 6 weeks. I am in corporating 3 day at the gym. Doing cardio, strength training, light weights, full body workouts.
