Intermittent fasting and Traininge

Hello guys i just want to know what type of training do you think is better for fat loss with intermittent fasting:
Weight Training, Circuit Training or Crossfit?
Obviously be in a caloric defict (diet)

    I'm thinking whichever gives you the best calorie burn. Maybe Crossfit? You want to minimize muscle loss during cutting as well so Crossfit would help keep some muscle.

    I would probably weight train, then finish my work out with some HIIT.

    There is no "best", if done properly all of those would work.
