    This is great! I want to lose 10 pounds by christmas, but keep sneaking in the sweets to counteract my workouts. Whoopsies. So trying to hold myself accountable now that' we're in crunch time! Also I'm climbing Machu Picchu on Christmas, so that's an extra little motivation :)

A stone before Christmas sounds like an awesome plan - I weigh in on a Monday anyway so will update tomorrow but currently 14lbs to go 0 lost (overall I'm down 3 stone 6) I'd love to make it 4 stone 7 lost by Christmas.
