I have been going at it with clean eating and working out. Cardio and strength training for about 5 years now. I just don't know what to do.

I was obese when I got pregnant both times. You're on the right path, but it sounds like you still need to lose some fat. That will come through continuing to diet. It doesn't necessarily mean eating clean, it means accurately counting calories and continuing to lift as you are losing weight. Nothing else you can do.

Don't panic until you are at the weight you want for a couple of years. If it's really loose skin, you can't fix it with exercise, only a tummy tuck. But skin bounces back slowly sometimes, so if it's getting better slowly, wait and see.

Yes...that link that @psulemon put up! Is it fat though or saggy skin? Saggy skin will take time to go back, and if it doesn't go back, the only way to fix it is a tummy tuck. You look young though, so I would think it would go back. If it's fat, then counting calories, doing both strength and cardio training should do the trick. You can "eat clean" and still over eat. I thought I was eating healthy until I started counting my calories, and it's no wonder I gained so much weight over the years. I was eating way too much for my age. I lost over 40 lbs over 5 months with counting calories, strength, cardio, and yoga. My stomach is nice and flat again.

Thank you guys. I am not sure if my belly is loose skin or fat. I can only assume it's fat. I just assume everything is fat on my body

I've had four children my stomach can be a little saggy but I rein back the Calories (donuts)and it's nice and tight once I drop the body fat again.
