Any advice to get fit I'm not so good at jogging I'm a beginner

If u want to jog the c25k program is an excellent way to build u up. Mixture of walking and jogging. The key is to find something u really enjoy whether it be a group activity or something by yourself what ever motivates u.0

Exercise is for fitness and health
any activity is better than sitting on the couch. Plain walking qualifies
Find some activity you enjoy or you can undertake with friends/family.
