Measuring Zoodles

Having zoodles tonight and not sure how to measure/weigh them. Uncooked, 1 cup is measuring 3.9 oz on my scale. Or do I measure after they've cooked down a bit (which would presumeably give me more). TIA!

Weigh them raw and log as zucchini.5

What if they're made out of turnips?
I tried the pesto turnip zoodles with Brussels sprouts from the mfp blog the other day and hot damn! I could cook them for the next seven weeks of days straight and not get sick of them.

Yeah, raw. And use a raw entry. Cooked weight will change a lot depending on how long you cook them. Not that it's a huge deal at 15 calories for 100g anyway...1
