 The big debate: which is more important, diet or exercise? I always have most success at losing when I'm watching what I eat. I know that keeping active is so important for staying limber and for good heart health down the road, though.2

 I think both are pretty important especially when you're losing a large amount of weight like myself. I don't know how well my body will bounce back, I'm young so that helps a little but I do have a feeling I may need skin removal survey from my arms once I'm down to my goal weight =\3
