24 inches lost and 19 lbs down

So I started taking measurements about a week after I started trying to lose weight. Since the day I started taking measurements til now which is exactly a month apart I have lost 24 inches off my body. The biggest losers were my waist and hips with about 7 inches from each lost. I have also lost 19 lbs. im so excited to be seeing changes. Can't wait to see what this next month brings.

    I eat very low carbs, moderate protein, and high healthy fat. I also do intermittent fasting most days. I try to walk or do yoga daily for 30 minutes. I went from eating mostly processed boxed foods to eating real foods. I look better than I did when I was this weight a couple years ago. All the inflammation I had is gone.

    Great job keep up the work, I find measuring best were scales don't always help
