Seeing even the littlest results and having people notice small changes is my motivation.

Most people don't notice & comment on tiny changes, so i just would caution you to not set yourself up for disappointment by expecting this. It's even hard to notice changes in ourselves. If you are objective & observant then it might work for you. I don't mean to sound harsh, just want you to set yourself up for success. It helps to have small goals in lots of areas so there is always something to be happy about. Take measurements, progress pics, fitness "test" etc to compare against in the future.0

I try to only worry about what I think about myself . I know the hard work I have put in and am down 65 pounds and have put on significant muscle. If I get a compliment it's a bonus but it doesn't change my focus. Clean eating and going to the gym 5 days a week keeps me on track to meet my goal of 165. Thanks for the comments.3

I agree you should plan now for your future sucess by getting your measurements, whatever you can do relatively easily. Weight, circumference, etc. Also, go ahead and start logging food even if you are not making changes yet - it gets you in the habit and can be used as a baseline for later.0

Don't base anything in your life on what other people say. Especially on the internet... I'm glad you're seeing results. It's very motivating.1

I am my own personal and responsible for my well-being . I like me again and that's all that matters. Hard work and gym buddies are what pushes me everyday.
