I've been losing slowly since beginning of year but seem to have lost the plot a little......no ALOT! This sounds like an achievable challenge that has turned up just at the right time.
I'm currently 155lbs as of this morning.2 -
I am currently at 123.2 lbs and only 8.2 lbs from my goal weight. I really need this challenge as I have been losing focus the last two weeks. Will be back on Monday to weigh in!1

This sounds perfect! Thank you for setting up this challenge. I am in dire need of dialing my in food choices. CW: 128. GW: whenever I am no longer muffin topping my favorite skinny jeans.
My plan, which I'm dropping here to hold future-me accountable, is to be diligent about prioritizing exercise (my program is good, I'm just not doing it!), make my sedentary job having self hit 10,000 steps a day, and track my food. I need to cut way back on the booze and junk food. Once in a while is fine, but sitting on my butt, drinking beer, and eating chips on the regular does not a healthy body make.

I'm in. I saw somebody pay about being the biggest in here but i probably beat that now. Starting weight was 385 at the beginning of October 2016. I have no idea what i weigh now. I'm excited to start!

I am so glad you are part of the challenge. Sometimes its just a matter of getting started and being consistent. The secret is just making one small change at a time. Good luck !!! Weigh in monday

About 3 months ago I started at 154, now I am 20 lbs lighter. You can do it!! See you Monday!!!
