95 calories protein is 12.74% so 95x.1274= 12.103 round down divided by 4 = 3 grams of protein

95 calories 64.53% is carbs 95x.6453=61.3035 round down divided by 4 = 15.25 (carbs are somewhere between 15 and 16 grams.

    15+3=18 18x4=72 95-72= 23 23/9= 2.555grams of fat.

    Calories from fat is 2.2. That's a quicker calculation. 2.2 calories * 1gram/9 calories= 0.2 grams of fat per 60 gram serving.

Carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram. Fat is 9 per gram. Percents are parts divided by the whole times 100.

You can use dimensional analysis to calculate it. Like eggs to dozens equals 6eggs/12eggs* 1dozen *100= percent of the dozen, 50. Eggs/eggs cancels and leaves you with dozens per 100, which is percent. Sorry math is hard via text.

Odd label. Guess ours aren't so bad after all.

Hope this helps you. Someone check my math. I'm bad without paper and pencil.

Grams of Carbs= % carbs divided by 100 multiply by serving size, can multiply result by 4 to get calories from carbs per serving

Grams protein= % protein divided by 100 multiply by serving size, can multiply result by 4 to get calories from protein per serving.

Calories from fat are given. If you want the grams fat, divide the calories by 9 to get grams.
