I'm in. I saw somebody pay about being the biggest in here but i probably beat that now. Starting weight was 385 at the beginning of October 2016. I have no idea what i weigh now. I'm excited to start!

I am so glad you are part of the challenge. Sometimes its just a matter of getting started and being consistent. The secret is just making one small change at a time. Good luck !!! Weigh in monday

Can i ask if anyone is following a specific diet/plan? I've been following IIFYM not sure whether to change it up and do something else.x0

I'm doing lower carbs (no sugary/starchy carbs), just mainly carbs from veggies and oat bran.
It's similar to Dukan Diet.
I have a carbs addiction. Once I have some, it seems to open the floodgate.
It's taken me over 20years of trying all sorts of diets to finally realize that this is the best for me.
Today is Day 49 on this diet, and I'm loving it.
I am not bloated. I am never hungry. I do not feel deprived.
I strength-train, moderate to heavy weight 2-3x a week, with walking/rowing other days.
Goal is to reduce body fat to reveal the muscles I've been working hard building.
Let's do this!!!

Yes sounds awesome! I started at 185 in 2013, now I'm 145.
Short term goal = 135. My long term goal weight is 120.
I can't seem to fight my way out of the 140's. Been stuck here for about 3 years!!

No loss today - I realise my calories are only at a very small deficit because I have only a little to lose and I'm very pleased with myself effort-wise which is most important in my first week back (I literally started back last Monday)!
CW: 118
Oct 24: still 118 - kept within my calorie goals, did 2 massive workouts and a 30 min trip to gym.
