You've asked about these supplements several times this week. Have you contacted your doctor about what happened?

Your vertigo, is it an inner ear infection?

You could just stop taking any supplements and see what happens?

I did stop taking the supplements for a bit, My vertigo didn't go away. It started when I had heavy periods. I'm just wondering what brought it on. I've never had this before.

Please, the best you can do for yourself is to find proper medical advice. You should ask a professional if there can be a vertigo/period connection or underlying issue related to both or either.

see a dr if you stopped all supplements then the vertigo is caused by something else. I have vertigo from time to time and motion sickness pills is what the dr told me to take. BUT,you need to see if its just something you have or if something is causing it.

Definitely see a gynecologist. I hope you feel better soon.

heavy menstrual periods can cause iron deficiency anemia which can cause dizziness, again though see a Dr so they can rule out any other health issues

I'm giving up on omega 3. It makes me feel woozy and it lowers your libido

I've never heard of it causing vertigo, but I've heard it can cause irrational and obsessive posting on message boards. Be very, very careful with such supplements.

    LOL... :)

I do believe that vertigo may be a symptom of over posting about vitamins.. and when posting too much about vitamins, you can get low libido.
