Vacation Not Taken Into Account

I was doing really well until my Punta Cana vacation on October 14-23, 2016. The app immediately started me over and erased my streak. This wasn't very motivating so I splurged and enjoyed my vacation. What the hell, I had to start over anyway.
There should be a way to track while on vacation or a setting to put you into "vacation mode". In this mode your calories will adjust, but keep you on track as long as you're doing your steps.

Hi, You can have it reset. I did mine for the opposite - I started the account and lurked for a bit before starting to log. It said I had a 7 day streak but it was only 2. I used the help feature and found this link. It reset immediately (and I got an email). https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/login_counter_reset_request2

If you didn't log in because you were on holiday, of course you lose your streak...0
