Hello everyone,
I have used my fitness pal for over a month I lost 20 pounds by using this and lots cardiovascular. I am a bit frustrated by my midsection is. otherwise getting slimmer. I want to work on my absence to to eat that up as well. Any suggestions?

It is a bit of a challenge to get started and to stay on track. Once you conquer the changes in your eating habits and keep your eyes on fitnes goals you will be very successful.0 -
