I'm just getting started on this...I'll weigh in on Fridays. I am one of he lucky ones - I work in public health and have the support of dietitians and clinical social workers, and my daughter is majoring in health promotion and is a fitness bodybuilder/trainer. It feels kind of weird having your kid coach you, but with all that support, I really don't have any excuses. I'm 59 years old, but ya gotta start sometime!
