This sounds perfect! Thank you for setting up this challenge. I am in dire need of dialing my in food choices. CW: 128. GW: whenever I am no longer muffin topping my favorite skinny jeans.
My plan, which I'm dropping here to hold future-me accountable, is to be diligent about prioritizing exercise (my program is good, I'm just not doing it!), make my sedentary job having self hit 10,000 steps a day, and track my food. I need to cut way back on the booze and junk food. Once in a while is fine, but sitting on my butt, drinking beer, and eating chips on the regular does not a healthy body make.

The first steps are the hardest. I'm a stay at home mom so going to the gym during the day is impossible. So, I went to the gym at 1am to get in a workout. Just working on making healthier choices for myself. I have to say I am proud of myself for getting to the gym at 1am and I think I might have to stick to that time to reach my goal. It won't be easy, but I need to do this for my kids and myself! I'm feeling hopeful

So excited to be starting this challenge. This is my first. After having two kids I'm almost back to pre-pregnancy weight, just 3 more lbs to go. My first goal is to get there, after that it is to lose 5 lbs and then another until my body feels like it's at a good weight...not giving myself a hard fast number. I've been fighting sugar cravings as I think I was addicted, but know with all the help and support I will get there!

10/24 140.2....a 1.6 pound gain. Not too concerned ate out this weekend and had some movie popcorn. Have been fluctuating between 137.6 and 140.6 all week. I did do measurements today and was down in all areas about 5 inches. My weight was down almost 3 pounds. So, I have just hit a lower plateau number. Here is to a better week, and not undoing my progress on the weekend. For those following me, I am doing a 3 day refresh (a mild cleanse) this week. So, my journal may be off. Hope you all are successful.3

I just saw this today! I am so in. My goal is 10 pounds by Christmas, so this gets me on the right track! Overall goal is 153 right now, so I am looking at losing 50 pounds total!
