Fruit is my go to! But, there are things like yogurt, crackers, veggies, that will take away most of those cravings.0

I have a weird habit of snacking on ice or frozen grapes... Anyway!
Yogurt and popcorn has become my best friend! Or you could try dehydrating your own fruit in your oven. I hear it's healthier than the store bought options.0 -
apples & natural peanut butter, celery carrot & bell peppers with hummus dip, caramel rice cakes, pumpkin seed trail mix, tropical fruit salads (4 oz)...these are just a few things that work for me & you might enjoy.0
