    Belly measurement at the biggest part of the gut 31.5
    It be awesome to loose 8 lbs, I'd be stoked to loose 5. But I want to lose some inches my middle!

    No, you need a reward if you succeed every week! Beating yourself up for what you perceive as "failing" will just make you feel like a failure. If you want to stay motivated, give yourself extra incentive to hit that goal weight! :)
