Hi everyone!

I'm just beginning and want to start working out. I have a busy 2yr old and a 4 month old. I'd like a workout that I can do in about 10min that I can do multiple times a day when I get a chance to squeeze it in. Thanks!!

When you can't get out - 10 minute walking workouts are great

Low impact so you won't wake little ones who are taking a nap

Check your local library for 10 Minute Solutions DVDs......lots of choices from kickboxing to yoga to strength training

Put your littlest one in a moby wrap type thing or put him in a stroller and take the two year old to the park or on a walk. I miss the moby wrap phase :( If you find yourself exhausted or overtired focus more on what you're eating rather than a strenuous workout. Light workouts will be key.. you're still healing. Some areas offer mama and baby swim classes or you might be able to find playgroups to go to.

A circuit of jump roping, box jumps (using my porch stairs), sprints, pushups, jump squats is a quick go to cardio for me when I don't want to leave the house.

Glute bridges, chest presses, overhead presses, goblet squats, weighted planks and "airplane rides" with the 2 year old. :p
