Had a bad week

So...I had a bad week. I didn't go over my calories, but I was sick and only went to the gym one time this week! Therefore I only lost .4 pound this week :noway: So...I will work even harder next week now that I am feeling much better :happy:

    Sounds like you've got the right attitude! Keep at it, and you WILL lose all the weight that you want to! :smile:
  • Aw, we all have our sick days. It's great that you stuck to your calories even while you were sick! You should be proud of yourself for that!
