Hi everyone my name is Kim and am very new to this. Can anybody give me some good advice x

    Hi Kim! Please feel free to add me. Advice would be dependent on your goals! If you are looking to get fitter, I would say make sure you start with exercise you enjoy doing - so many classes I went to I hated and therefore didn't stick to :smile:. If you are looking for recipes and food advice, there are some great recipes posted on the community message boards, so keep an eye on them! I wish you all the best in your journey. SJ x

    Plan for the long haul and don't cut everything you enjoy. The end goal should be that you are healthier and happier. Use the baseline and set a moderate loss strategy, don't expect to lose a tonne of weight fast. This is a lifestyle, not a quick diet. Water is your friend.

    Think I've covered most of the normal recommendations.
