Looks like you've been exercising while losing weight. I'm having issues with that. Ever since I started working out I stopped losing weight. Did you always workout or did you add that in? If you added it in, did you up your calorie intake when you started working out?0

Thanks everyone!!!!
I started the first week at home. I did 30 Day Shred by Jillian Micheal. I tried to do it 6 days a week but because I did NOT up calories...I couldn't keep it up. So I did it 3-4 days a week as hard as I could...which wasn't very hard at 233lbs lol. I did see a drop on the scale but SO slowly. I saw my body change quickly though. After about 2 months I switched to running because I was bored and because a friend wanted me to run a 10K with her. So I WALK/ran 3-4 days a week...I dropped weight quickly during this time BUT my body did NOT change as quickly. 2 weeks ago I began alternating days with legs and arms with weights and doing core work AND walking/running. So far...I've been able to do this Monday through Friday. I walk/run for about 40 minutes and then do 20-30 minutes of arms or legs AND core work. I'm really loving it. I think its too soon to tell results. I have certainly not seen a very big drop in the scale but I do think my body is changing.
Here's the thing. We know that its calories in and calories out. So as long as we aren't eating more than we burn...we know things WILL change it may just take longer to see it at first. The scale number doesn't matter as much if we are working our muscles and watching our calories. Also...try to weigh in after a rest day. When your muscles are sore...you are retaining water in order to heal those muscles. So on rest days be SURE to drink all of your water to flush you out. That may help too! I'm by no means an expert...these are just things that have helped me8 -
Have you been back to sit in the booth since to feel how different it is? Now that will be some motivation for you. Well done.0

I really don't have answer for this I guess. Of course I want to be healthy for my husband and kids but I wasn't 'unhealthy' before. I was over weight but by bloodwork I was in great health. This is just something that IIII really want. As I started losing...the way clothes fit and looked and the way I had new curves and 'new' bones poking out...I am just still amazed at the changes in my body. I also really enjoy getting fit.1 -
