Learned my extended family triggers my LNS, i love them to death but they must stress me out on some level. Now I just need to discover a reliable distraction when I'm around them.2 -
No eating after 8PM. Extra cup of water daily after 8PM. Track daily progress until end of the year.

Fell off the wagon at a party (not unexpected). Curse the cheese & crackers. Started again tonight, stopped snacking at 9:29. Also missed my walk last 2 nights, back on track this weekend.

Ouch...I wouldn't be successful here. I love late night snacking - I just plan it into my calories for the day. Usually carrots and celery with hummus (about 150 cals). Doesn't destroy my day and doesn't deprive me of anything. It's worked to get more than 100 pounds off.0
