    You really can see the difference in your face and arms. You look younger and healthier too. I'm always happy to see young people take control of their health at an earlier age than I did. Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see your next progress pic!

    Congrats ! Consider wearing workout clothes for your progress pics. It might help you see the changes more easily. Keep it going the 2nd half of the journey is even better! 148 lb lost, 2 1/2 yrs

    I can definitely see your weight loss, you look younger and healthier looking, 70 lbs is a lot of weight, keep going, you're worth it
