    Everyone is saying i look great, i'm getting quite a lot of people, like mums at school etc asking how i've done it and asking how much i have lost, so its all been really positive. Husband is loving it to as i feel so much happier and healthier he also helps me to stay on track too as he knows what i'm like, in the past i have lost a bit of weight and then felt better and slipped back into old ways. This time feels different though, not sure why maybe, i've realised if i don't do it now before i'm forty it will be so much harder afterwards, plus i have 3 lively boys to chase after. The positive comments on here really help so thanks to everyone who has posted in response to my pics. I still feel quite embarrassed at the first one, sometimes it takes seeing a picture like that to realise how bad things actually were.

    One thing though not sure when i will stop feeling like the fat one in my group of friends, when does that go away? Maybe when i actually get to my goal weight that will help.
