So...

In January of this year ago I set myself a goal weight target to lose, having struggled and failed way too many times I decided to set my sights high and unrealistically aim to lose 100lbs in a calendar year, I thought I could do half of that with effort, so today is the day I reached my unrealistic target!

Down 2.4lbs this week bringing my total loss so far to 100lbs on the dot!

Definitely couldn't have done this without the MyFitnessPal app, been an absolute lifesaver (literally!)

I'm really proud of my achievement so thought I would share it with the community :)

    This is what I'm hoping, yeah it's crazy, it's a 1/3 of my body weight, gone so the health benefits should be amazing!
