We are eating at my parents house tonight and my mom is making seafood gumbo. I plan on eating brown rice with just the broth from the gumbo (no meat, no seafood). How would I calculate the calories for the gumbo broth?

why aren't you eating the meat or seafood?1

I don't care for seafood too much and I don't want to eat the sausage as it would likely put me over my calories.0

I agree with this, but also if its one meal, I'd eat it an call it a day, you should be able to balance it out if you're over during the rest of the week. I honestly wouldn't stress over it, if it's one meal.
