In need of help/tips!!!

Alright so during the week it seems I can really stay on track with a clean diet n such. But then the weekend comes and its like I totally fall of track. Is there anyone with tips to stay on clean eatting during the weekend when your tight on funds and you live with someone who can pretty much eat whatever without gaining a pound?! Please help :/ thank you!

When you say "clean," what specifically are you trying to avoid? "Clean" has many different meanings. I found lasting success when I stopped dividing foods into "clean"/"unclean" categories.

I try and increase the amount of veggies I eat as well as lean protein. I really am trying to cut down on sugars though >.< And I don't do a ton of carbs in my diet either besides maybe a few times a week

"Clean" whatever your definition, isn't required for weight loss. I find that eliminating my favorite foods just makes me want them even more. So I use portion control instead. I have a small treat every day. Nothing is off the table, but I've found some things just aren't worth it (to me).

You could "bank" exercise calories for the weekend, or zig-zag your calories to allow for some extra wiggle room.

So what's the issue on the weekends? You aren't eating as many vegetables as you want? Or you're eating food with more sugar or carbohydrates than you would like to have?

When the weekends roll around I feel my carb intake goes through the roof. I'm looking for different ways (recipes, snack ideas, etc) to cut that down and do something different so I don't end up feeling bloated and that my effort doesn't feel like it went out the window.
