Tried the brownie ones this morning with some adjustments: unsweetened cocoa powder (so a teaspoon extra sugar), no extracts (didn't have any because we just moved), and I used skim milk instead of water.
Review: I'd still like them a touch sweeter. But sooo good! They are very dense. I also topped mine with a TBSP of reduced fat peanut butter for extra protein. Ridiculously filling breakfast for 350 cals.0 -

I love her blog and just had to try out this recipe too! I followed Katie's original recipe but used 2% milk instead of water, omitted the egg, and used 3 TBSP of brown sugar to give it an extra sweet taste. They were the best pancakes I've ever tasted!!!!0

just made these omg yummmmmmmmy isnt a good enough word. i made 3 large ones and mesured everyingredient. they worked out at 153 cal each. i had one as a snack (smelt to good not to) and ive god the other 2 for breakfast. enough fuel for my body for the day0
