Workout journal book

Anyone have a good journal that they've found for logging lifting workouts? Currently I make up a spreadsheet with 4 weeks on it and have a mini clipboard that I use. But I'm wanting a better situation -- I know I could just buy a little notebook and handwrite the workouts/sets & reps/weights in it but I'm lazy and want something nicer.

LOL!

I love my fitbook. I bought atTarget. It's 12 weeks of strength cardio and food journaling.

I use Fitnotes. It's an app that's super easy to use.

Little spiral notebook plus pen - old school! I plan the workout before I go, and log it as I do it. I am one that would never be able to keep track of a phone while I move around. Somehow the notebook is no problem. Plus when I have a few months off I can easily look back and decide where I am going to begin again.

Same here - spiral notebook and pen. I've tried a few of the phone apps, but don't like any of them as well as using a pen and paper.
