4 years ago i had 2 children and became diagnosed with depression. I went from 175lbs to 220lbs and got out of an unhealthy marriage and began my journey. I got down to 155lbs in less than a year by exercising and eating gluten free and i loved it. Unfortunately this year my depression came back and im back up to 200lbs.its really toughh this time but Im hoping with using this app again i can regain control of my life and get back to where i was years ago....happy and healthy . i wish you all the best on our journey together .

I know from personal experience just how much depression affects every aspect of your life. It's been a major factor of weight gain too. I wish you all the best! Feel free to add me as a friend.

Don't stress the scale, focus on taking care of yourself. Do that and the scale will take care of itself.

You are an inspiration - good luck to you, my daughter suffers with depression and I know how hard it is just to get out - endorphin rush always helps her
Feel free to add me if you are looking for buddies - my second time round too
I lost 40lb in 2014 and put 2/3 of it back on
