I have a feeling that you mean something other than what my family calls fat bombs, which are the drippings from roast beef that we later use to flavour and give fat to soups and stews!

They're basically the keto equivalent of a power bar - bite size, easily portable, mostly composed of fat, often sweet. They pop up on my Pinterest feed way too often given that I don't eat that way.

Last time I made them, I blended 1/2 cup coconut oil with 2 tbsp of honey and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder.
