    THIS, my friend, is MFP. Here, where you are...My Fitness Pal

    Go to your home page or profile page...then Go up to the tab that says "Goals" and fill in all the info. Decide how much you want to lose, in what time frame...then start!! Log everything you eat, try to move your body as much as you can, and bada!! You're doing it! The secret is to burn more calories than you eat, that's why logging every single bite and nibble actually is important. It's Doable, if you put in the work, good luck!! xo

    If you want extra support, you can look into working with a mentor. The Getting Started section has a running discussion where mentors volunteer our time to support "noobs" via "adoption." I am a mentor here, and truly enjoy what I do.
