Activity level with crossfit?????

I need some opinions....
What activity level should I put in (I.e. Sedentary, lightly active, active, extremely active) if I do crossfit 3 times a week.
Plus I'm a hairdressers so I'm in my feet for any where from 3-6 hours a day.

Lightly active for the job, and then add in the exercise calories from your workouts.0

Exercise isn't included in MFP's activity level, so set it according to your normal daily activities0
