Looking for MFP friends to help keep me motivated to lose the weight! Please add me! I have over 100 pounds to lose; my journey is long but I'm not scared

I do, but am taking my weight loss in small goals, one week at a time; I've set a small personal goal of 5 pounds per week. My Fitness Pal is helping me stay accountable by entering my food intake every meal plus snacks, and including my exercise and water intake every day. The weight loss tracker helps me keep up with my goals too.3

I used to, I was at 305 in March. I need to louse 80 plus now. Well on my way!!!!!!!!!!2

I read a story on Yahoo this morning that was so inspiring. The gal also has a blog which I bookmarked. It's called Blossoming Vilma. She lost over 100 pounds and also used My Fitness Pal. I haven't read all of her blog yet, but I think it would be motivating for anyone.7

173 pounds eliminated (I don't lose weight, losing implies that I am going to go looking for it later) so far, and 126.7 pounds left to go to reach my goal! Its been tough but I feel better than I ever have and I can't wait to get that remainder done.

I have alot to lose too, and the number just kept getting bigger and bigger. But i finally said no more, and now I'm trying to take it in baby steps. Small goals. Anyone can add me!3

sure am. i'm aiming for a goal weight of 140-165, and i'm currently 275. i'm taking my goal at 15lb intervals so it seems less daunting. feel free to add me!4

My goal is to lose 90 lbs. But if I don't lose it all, I'm not going to get upset, I'd be happy with 70lbs.
My main issue is the motivation part and fact that I am a stress eater.
