Has anyone tried the Barry's Bootcamp DVDs??? I am an Insanity, p90x, Insanity Asylum and Turbo Fire graduate and am wondering (before spending the money) if this workout system would be up my alley? Basically as in is it as intense as Insanity???

    I use a polar HRM. I input my age, height, weight and gender and it gives me the amount of cals i have burned in my workout. Normally for the HIIT workouts it ranges from 120-260 and the other workouts from 250-460 it just depends on the workout
