Hello there,
I am 31 yo female. My height is 153cm and I weight 57kg now.
I workout 5-6 times a week, 40min to 60 min workout last 3 months with a mix of cardio, HIT, strength training.
I also take 1.5hr ballet classes 1-3 times a week for fun and I am not seeing any changes what so ever.
My size, appearance(I take picture of myself) are still same. I gained 2kg since I started.
I didn't change my diet but I eat healthy/clean food and drink water at least 2L a day. I don't eat packaged food. I cook most of the time by myself and I am not cutting carb or alcohol.
My goal is 45kg and I don't want to give up but I see lots of people seeing result in 3 months and I am loosing motivation.
Is it too early to see the result just by working out? Or am I not doing enough?
I appreciate any help.
Thank you

Maybe you're gaining a lot of muscles. Have you measured your waist and hips? It'm sure you're losig fat weight but maybe you put on more muscle weight. Did your dress size change maybe?0

"A lot" for a woman in that time frame would be about 1.5-2 pounds0
