ty. You can do it. Just remember log everything even if it's just a piece of gum. It's amazing how everything choice we make impacts our results.Richie2shoes wrote: »So great to see. It gives hope to people like me at the start of the process.

Wow, that's so inspiring, you must feel so much better not carrying all the extra weight. I'm just starting on my journey and have lost 11.4lbs in 27 days so I've got my calories under control with a really balanced and manageable diet. I have over 120lbs to lose so I'm wondering:
1. What sort of exercise did you start with?
2. How often do you exercise and how long for?
Thank you

congrats! Food control is the main key. I started with walking. Very little but daily at first til I worked my way up to an hour at a time. Some days I would do 2 walks atan hour a piece. Joined a gym and worked out almost daily for an hour. Purchased a Fitbit to monitor steps/calories burned/sleep. All those playing a major roll in weight loss. Mostly steps is what I have used along with diet to loose the weight. Any chance you get to take a walk do it. Even if it's 15 minutes before a show comes on tv get up and move then to enjoy your show. Every second counts. And log everything. Even a piece of gum is 5 calories. If you don't log everything you have calories not accounted for. Good luck and can't wait to hear more of your progress!Wow, that's so inspiring, you must feel so much better not carrying all the extra weight.
