Hey I'm looking for more friends to motivate and inspire eachother!! Add me!! I am on myfitnesspal everyday and I log everything I eat. I've always struggled with my weight but I'm actually doing very well this time using MFP!!

I'm 5'5", started the year at 162.4, am now at 120.6, goal is between 115-120. It is definitely possible to get to 120 but it takes work!16

same here! 5'5" 175. 130 is my goal. I'm fairly muscular naturally, so I think thats about as low as I would get safely.2

Hello! Feel free to add me! I've used MFP before but found it hard to stay on the wagon for more than a couple of months. I'm almost 26 years old, I'm 5'3 and 145lbs (160cm/65.5kg), but have been told by my doctor to lower my cholesterol, and lose at least 9lbs and 3 inches off the waist in the next 3 months. Ideally I would like to lose 25-30lbs anyway. So I'm definitely in a similar boat and NEED the motivation (especially over the holidays!)2

I'm 5' 5" started out at 165 about a month ago, now down to 157 got back on MFP last week. So I'm maybe just a few weeks ahead of you? Doing low carb. Anyone similar - Feel free to add me if you like.2

New too. 46, 5'5 180lbs. Lost 30lbs 2 years ago, but gained it all back after I broke my ankle while out for my evening run. Looking for support and motivation. I did it once, I can do it again! Feel free to add me too:)1

I'm 5'4". Been as high as 180, as low as 128. Currently about 144 again after some...issues. I don't think I'll ever be 120 but 130 would be awesome.0

Hello everyone,
I'm 5'4 and currently 170. I started at 180 and was doing very well, but October was a write off for a number of reasons. Luckily I didn't gain anything, but I failed to drop anything either.
Now I'm back and ready to keep working. I have a mini goal of being below 165 by Christmas. Ultimately I want to be 135 or less by July. (Basically I've given myself a 5lbs a month timeline).

Hey. I started at 203 and I am now around 161-163. My goal is to get to 120-125. These last 30 pounds seem to be the hardest to get off. It has taken me a year to loose the 41 and I'm hoping to lose another 20 in a few month's! Feel free to add me and good luck!2
