Starting NOVEMBER 7 through JANUARY 30 we will go three full months on another journey together! This is a continuation of our Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring and Fall challenges 2015-2016 and everyone continues to do well to encourage one another that we are going to keep the momentum once again and begin another NEW challenge!

HOLIDAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
I know the next three months are going to be a struggle for me - Halloween already did a number on my progress. At least I'm maintaining, and not seriously gaining considering I stuffed my face with candy at almost every chance I got.LETS DO THIS!thing I'm going to do this week to get back on track: make it a habit to tracking every meal / bite that goes into my mouth. I find that just acknowledging and admitting to myself what I've eaten helps me keep my calorie goals in check.
