I'd like to join! I've been in such a funk. I've been up and down 10lbs since June and this morning I was up a total of 15lbs after working so hard to lose 110lbs.

Not sure why I am not losing any weight been doing this for almost a month and not a dam pound shed.....smh. doing everything I am supposed to however the weight will not leave. Not even a half of a pound.
Maybe look at a elimination diet like the whole 30. I discovered that when I eat wheat I don't ever lose weight and have a hard time with binge eating.

Current weight - 145 lbs., up 5 lbs. last 3 months despite training for my 4th half marathon. Its true you can out eat any exercise plan... darn it.
Goal weight - 125 lbs.
