A can of tuna with mayo or Miracle Whip, eaten with celery sticks as a scoop (no bread, no crackers). If using light mayo, about 160 calories and 3 grams net carbs. Add some fruit or a romaine salad with a light dressing.0

Egg beaters on light bread (the 45 calories kind).
Salad
BLT with light bread, lite mayo, and the 95% fat free bacon
Hot dogs on toasted light bread
Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage and egg patties
1 serving tortilla chips and some salsa
Boca burger on arnolds sandwich thins
I don't eat like that, but I do tend to eat low calorie foods randomly through out the day. If I think of any more I'll let you know!0 -
I do something similar... 3 meals and 2 snacks a day.
Breakfast ~ 200 cal
Lunch ~ 400 cal
Snack ~ 100 cal
Supper ~ 400 cal
Snack ~ 100 cal
Breaking it down into mini goals helps me a lot. If I go under/over one meal, I know to adjust the next.
Feel free to browse my journal for ideas!0 -
There are several meals that have a lot of bulk that are only about 200 calories,, they fill you up and taste good, Milliville High fiber ceral I get at the Aldi store has only about 60 calories I eat it with Damion Low Fat Yougurt another 60 calories, along with about 50 calories of milk in 3 or 4 cups of coffee. I also make an omlet with half cup egg subsitute, 1/4 cup of kraft nonfat cheese, and 1/3 cup of Jimmy Dean turky sausage crummles. Another thing that works on my diet is 4 ounces of corn beef and cooked cabbage. Now that I have lost weight I can add more calories and I eat about half cup of low fat publix iceream for snacks about 2 times a day or 100 calorie fiberbars ,,,,,,I eat a bout 300 calories at meals and 3 snacks of about 100 at 10 am 3 pm and 8 or 9 pm.0

oatmeal with fruit
peanut butter toast
greek yogurt and granola
salad greens with grilled chicken and light dressing
I make a sandwich using cut up grilled chicken (3oz), light american cheese, and two pieces of light whole wheat toast. I grill the chicken in advance and portion it out so I can make sandwiches at work. At work I'll take the cheese and heat it up with the chicken then put it in between two pieces of toast. It's really filling because of all the protein and low cal.
hummus with veggies0 -
You can check my diary, it's open! Except for today, I over ate a litte (damn office muffins lol) but normally I do the same- 6 mini meals/snacks!0
