    Just saw that Jen left us......but sometimes you look up and realize how much time you spend on mfp and decide it's time to give your family more of your attention.....I'm still here but not near as often.

    Congrats on the 10K!!!!! I'm having trouble getting back on my routine too, was up 3lbs when I weighed this morning so gotta get back to it before that 3 becomes 13! At my age, it happens quick.

    Thanks! Feeling pretty good about it, now just gotta work on trimming down more and toning up! Oh man, Candy, I am sure you've got NOTHING to worry about and those 3lbs are probably from all the work you put into your muscles working on your house!!! Nothing more!!!

    It's awesome you did the 10k. I was doing my 5k and kinda gave up. I'm not a runner unless the weather is nice
