I also just had a baby (2 mos ago today!) and am ready to begin losing the excess weight! I'm 5'2, need to replace scale batteries, lol, goal weight is 120. I'll send you a friend request!2
-
Also would love to have an accountability/challenge type group of anyone is interested!2

I've got to wait until my boy is born (due in 2 weeks but Dr says he could arrive any day now) but I'll be up for this too, I'm 5'7", goal weight of 135. I've heard that breastfeeding burns calories which is awesome, and I can't wait to get back to the HIIT and strength workouts I enjoyed doing until they got too awkward2

I'll be here soon... Going in tomorrow for surgery! I plan on taking it slow and steady and letting my body heal and enjoying my baby as much as possible. It took 9 months after all.3

BREASTFEEDING, that is the answer. I gained 36 lbs during pregnancy, and lost 50 lbs (which actually made me underweight) within 3 months of his birth, without even trying. I ate whatever I wanted, didn't work out...but I breastfed...I think that is the key. At least is was for me. Good luck!! You can do this!! (So why I am here, you ask? When I was in my mid-30's I started eating lots more and moving lots less, and the whole getting older thing hit me...but I'm here now, and getting the weight off for the last time!!)1

Wow, you're inspiring me. Keep it up!!! Can you please share what you do on the T25? Love to learn a few tips here and there. We all can do this together. Let's hold each other accountable.0 -
Me, too. I have a six week old. It's so much harder to eat healthily or work out while looking after a baby, but I'm trying. Add me!2

Hi, I also just had a baby 8 weeks ago. This is my 2nd one . My first daughter is 19 months old. With my first, the weight just fell off. Within weeks I was below my prepregnancy weight. And I only bf for 3 weeks. Now this time it's so hard not to eat everything in the house! I was so excited to lose all the weight again... but sadly I've just been gaining weight. I'm even breastfeeding. It's hard to get any exercise while I'm home all day with 2 kiddos. I'm glad there's other new moms on here sharing my struggle . I'm 5'6" 186 lbs. I want to be 150 lbs. The struggle is real.0

My baby is 8 weeks old on Monday! I'm struggling to lose the baby weight despite breastfeeding. I'm not sure if I've gained muscle in place of fat, or I'm just not losing fat! I'm about 20 pounds heavier than pre-pregnancy. I want it gone before Christmas so I can eat whatever I like!

I just started T25. Are you taking members? I'd love the camaraderie!0 -
I've got 4 boys, oldest being 12 and youngest being almost 3, and I still have that baby weight to lose!! I did lose quite a bit between the 3rd and 4th but I gained 50 lbs with all 4 of them and well, life just got busy. I did exclusively breastfeed with my last and I did lose about 15 lbs. Anywho, I'm now doing a bootcamp M-F at 5:30 am and eating lots of protein and drinking lots of water. I always feel full which is something I have not experienced before. Congrats to all you ladies with new babies0
