New lifestyle has such major challenges. How to stay motivated?

Logging everything in this app shows me how I am achieving daily goals (or not). When I take the time to use MFP, I lose weight. The scales might not show daily progress but the app gives me a daily goal and daily feedback on how well I am working my plan. If you can find time to log everything, you will see what I mean. Here's to your success!
