It was arm day but I couldn't drag myself out of bed in time. Settled for a 30 min walk.1

I did 40min of yoga, followed by 45mins HIIT this morning. Probably do 30-40mins foam rolling tonight.1

took a day of rest, so i trained in the art of sitting1

Squats and Bench. I was supposed to hip thrust too but...didn't happen. Takes me 1.5 hours just to squat and bench.1
